On June 1st, guests gathered at Pazzi Ristorante Italiano for an unforgettable evening of thoughtfully crafted cuisine, exceptional wines, and warm hospitality.
Chef J. Martin Torrez designed a multi-course menu that celebrated the flavors of Italy while showcasing seasonal ingredients and refined techniques. Each course was paired with wines selected by Sommelier Gabriel Ballantine, creating a dining experience where every sip complemented every bite.

The evening began with fresh seafood preparations that highlighted the quality and simplicity of the ingredients. Guests then enjoyed house-made pasta courses, a hallmark of Italian cooking and a reflection of the culinary team's dedication to craftsmanship.
The centerpiece of the evening was a beautifully prepared roasted lamb course, offering rich flavor and elegant presentation. Throughout the dinner, wine pairings elevated each course and encouraged guests to explore new flavor combinations.
To conclude the evening, Pastry Chef Stephanie Vigil presented a vibrant citrus sponge cake featuring lemon yuzu curd, whipped panna cotta, blood orange jelly, and a lemon shortbread garnish—a bright and refreshing finish to the meal.
More than a dinner, the event was a celebration of food, wine, and community. We are grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make our inaugural wine dinner such a memorable success.
We look forward to welcoming guests to future culinary experiences at Pazzi.
