Bringing Sweet Creativity to Cantina Hospitality Group


We’re thrilled to welcome Stephanie Vigil, our new Pastry Chef at Cantina Hospitality Group — the culinary talent behind some of the most irresistible desserts now featured across our restaurants.


A proud Albuquerque native, Stephanie has been baking her way through the city for over a decade. As an entrepreneur, she’s owned and operated a bakery, dessert shop, café, and food truck, each reflecting her passion for scratch-made perfection. A mother of four, she somehow still finds time to experiment with new recipes and share her love of baking through sourdough bread classes she’s taught in the community.


Now part of the Cantina family, Stephanie is infusing her signature style into the menus at Sweet Cup and Brekki Brekki — blending comfort, elegance, and creativity in every bite. Her desserts celebrate craftsmanship and flavor, from classic tiramisu layered with espresso and house-made graham to New York-style cheesecake topped with salted caramel and whipped cream, and her decadent six-layer chocolate cake crowned with white-wine berry compote and meringue mushrooms.



Each dish feels like a little story — a blend of nostalgia, artistry, and indulgence — crafted to make your sweet tooth very, very happy.


You’ll find Stephanie’s pastries and desserts featured throughout the Cantina Hospitality Group, from rotating cheesecakes, brownies, and macarons at Sweet Cup to house-baked English muffins and artisan breads that she’ll soon be crafting fresh for Brekki Brekki.
