Pazzi Ristorante Italiano Featured on New Mexico Living

Pazzi Ristorante Italiano recently stepped into the spotlight on New Mexico Living, giving viewers a taste of Albuquerque’s newest Italian dining experience.


Dreamed up by Cantina Hospitality Group, Pazzi blends classic Italian comfort with a bold, modern edge. The concept celebrates handmade pastas, signature pizzas, and refined entrées inspired by both Italian tradition and the vibrant flavors of New Mexico — a balance that feels both familiar and exciting.


During the segment, Chef J. Martin Torrez brought the artistry of Pazzi’s kitchen directly to the screen. He prepared fresh, handmade ravioli filled with spinach, butternut squash, and mascarpone — a dish that perfectly captures Pazzi’s philosophy of simple ingredients elevated through technique and care. The show also featured fresh burrata and an entrée showcasing stuffed butternut squash and mascarpone,

highlighting the restaurant’s focus on seasonal flavors and handcrafted detail.


Drs. Kelly and Lee Caperton joined the segment as guests, celebrating the opening and sharing the vision behind Pazzi: creating a space where guests can enjoy elevated Italian cuisine in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
