At Pazzi, community isn’t just something we serve — it’s something we celebrate. This week, we had the joy of sharing a little holiday spirit with the incredible first responders at Fire Station #16 🎄, who also became the very first to taste some of our upcoming Pazzi dishes. 🍝🔥
Led by Chef Martin Torrez and the Cantina Hospitality team, our chefs delivered a preview of the food that will soon fill our dining room — handmade, chef-driven, and “crazy good,” just like the name Pazzi promises. From the moment the firefighters dug in, it was clear: these dishes are going to spark excitement long before our official opening. ⭐️
To make the visit even sweeter, our talented pastry chef Stephanie baked a batch of festive gingerbread cookies 🍪✨, adding the perfect touch of holiday warmth. It was a small gesture to thank the men and women who work tirelessly to keep our community safe. ❤️🔥
Moments like these remind us why Pazzi exists — to bring people together through food, care, and connection. We can’t wait to open our doors and share this same spirit with all of Albuquerque. 🤍
Pazzi Ristorante Italiano opens January 2026. Stay tuned — something crazy good is coming. 🇮🇹✨
