On Monday, June 1st, we’re hosting an intimate, one-night-only Wine Dinner—an elevated, multi-course experience curated by Executive Chef J. Martin Torrez and Pastry Chef Stephanie, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines to enhance every moment from the first sip to the final bite.

This seasonal menu showcases Chef Torrez’s approach to bold, balanced flavors—featuring fresh seafood, house-made pasta, and a beautifully executed main course, all leading into a refined dessert finale from Pastry Chef Stephanie. Each dish is designed to work in harmony with its pairing, creating a seamless progression throughout the evening.
The evening will be expertly guided by Gabriel Ballantine, a recognized wine specialist and sommelier, known for leading refined tastings across New Mexico. With a deep knowledge of international wines and a passion for storytelling through pairing, Gabriel will walk guests through each selection—bringing context, character, and intention to every glass.
