The Brekki Cup: A Swingin’ Success for a Great Cause 🏌️‍♀️☀️

If there’s one thing we love at Brekki Brekki, it’s good food, good people, and a good reason to celebrate — and the Brekki Cup Golf Tournament at Canyon Club checked every single box.

On Monday, October 6th, we traded in our brunch plates for golf clubs (okay, some of us still brought the mimosas) and hit the course for a day of fun benefiting UNM Cancer Research.

The goal? Raise some money, hit some balls, and maybe — just maybe — avoid too many sand traps.

A Hole-in-One Kind of Day

The weather was perfection — blue skies, light breeze, the kind of day that makes you forget about your email inbox. The Canyon Club’s greens looked unreal, and the vibes were even better.

We had golfers of all kinds: the pros, the “haven’t-played-in-years” crowd, and a few who were just there for the snacks (no judgment — we get it).

It was the kind of event where every shot came with laughter, a high five, or a “you’ll get it next time” from the cart buddy who definitely wasn’t keeping score.

Their team brought the same passion and energy they bring to every lesson, helping make the Brekki Cup something truly special.

Golf, Giving, and Good Times

At the heart of it all was our mission: supporting UNM Cancer Research. It’s something we’re proud to get behind, and seeing our community come together for such a meaningful cause made every putt, slice, and mulligan worth it.
